Kenneth A. Ramp’s main focus is in the area of estate planning (both pre- and post-death scenarios), estate administration, elder law, and Medicaid planning, as well as business/transactional law and real estate law in both New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Ramp has taught estate law and estate planning procedures to bankers, investment advisors, financial planners, and civic groups and has written numerous articles outlining various areas of estate and elder law for these self-same entities.
Fred J. Pisani has dedicated his career to trial work since graduating with honors from New York Law School in 1985. Mr. Pisani focuses in the area of employment law, representing employees and defending small to mid-size companies with regard to all types of employment-related issues. These issues include, but are not limited to, discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and social media/employment related matters.
This dual role has provided Mr. Pisani with the unique experience of being exposed to “both sides of the argument”, which has assisted him securing results for his clients.
Mr. Pisani represented the plaintiffs in the only two (2) currently reported New Jersey cases addressing the issue of social media and employment, Pietrylo v Hillstone Restaurant Group, d/b/a Houston’s Restaurant, 2009 WL 3128420 (D.N.J. Sept.25, 2009) and Ehling v Monmouth-Ocean Hospital Service Corp., 872 F. Supp. 2d 369 (D.N.J. 2012)
